WHY ORGANIZATIONS LOVE THIS PROCESS

Room to ask the questions that matter.

Organizations are often so busy delivering programs, solving problems, and responding to day-to-day needs that they rarely create space to step back and ask: What's working? What's no longer working? What are we learning? Where should we focus next? How do we build alignment around our priorities?

Reflect & Renew Retreats create that space — through facilitated conversations, assessments, planning exercises, and collaborative visioning that help teams strengthen communication, uncover opportunities, align around priorities, and build practical action plans for the year ahead.

  • Celebrate successes

  • Gather honest feedback

FEATURED PROJECT

Cottage Grove Local Food Action Plan

Facilitation · Stakeholder Engagement · Strategic Planning

The City of Cottage Grove was selected as one of only 16 communities nationwide to participate in the U.S. EPA's Local Foods, Local Places initiative — bringing together local, state, and federal partners to strengthen the region's food economy.

As a member of the Local Foods, Local Places Steering Committee, Catalyze helped engage farmers, businesses, community organizations, government agencies, and tourism partners to identify opportunities, build consensus, and develop a shared vision. The result was a City Council-adopted Local Food Action Plan — a collaborative roadmap for economic development, community resilience, and long-term investment in the local food system.
